Dress up in your scariest, silliest, cutest, MOST CREATIVE Halloween costume and take a picture. Click on the Submission Tab and follow the instructions for submitting your photo. Only electronic photos will be accepted, no mailed entries please. Deadline to enter is 12 pm November 2nd 2012.
