HAVE YOU CAPTURED an incredible lavender picture?
An expansive purple field in Sequim?
A family meandering among the flowers?
The majestic Olympic Mountains and a glorious purple field?
In honor of Sequim Lavender Weekend, and the Sequim-Dungeness Valley's family-owned lavender farms, our Lavender Photo Contest is an opportunity to showcase your incredible photo.
During the submission period, which lasts until noon on July 30, 2014, you can register and upload your photo to compete.
After the submission period, you can view the entries and vote for your favorite through the end of the contest -- Noon on Aug. 8, 2014.
Important -- Only one photo per person is allowed.
The three winning photos (determined by online voting) will earn prizes from our Sequim-area sponsors — Lost Mountain
Lavender, Martha Lane Lavender, Graysmarsh Farm, Lavender Connection and
Purple Haze Lavender.
Prizes include gift certificates, a gift basket and a lavender diffuser.
To be eligible to submit a photo, you must be a resident of Jefferson or Clallam counties in the state of Washington and over the age of 13.
You must have taken the photo yourself. (Parents may submit photos taken by their children under 13.)
If you submit a photo, please be sure to include your full name, mailing address (including your city of residence) and a contact telephone number.
Anyone is welcome to vote!
