Lasso the family and giddy on up to the Clallam County Fair or the Jefferson County Fair and snap a photo for your chance to win one of a number of prizes.

Do you have a photo of your favorite rider showing off for the judges? How about a musician performing? Did you capture the kids having a laugh on one of the carnival rides? Go ahead and submit your photo from the fair to us!

If you're not already registered, you'll need to click on “Registration,” follow the simple steps and post your photo or vote (Voting starts August 27th).

You can also use the Facebook Login button if you're a Facebook user.

If you have previously participated in one of our contests, you can just login with the same email address and password.

Once you're logged in you can participate by clicking "Submission" or "Vote" depending on the date.

The winning photos — determined by online voting — will receive prizes from local sponsors. The sponsors are Co-op Farm & Garden; Dr. Richard E. Davies, DDS; 7 Cedars Casino; and Wilder Auto.

The contest is free, but only residents of Clallam or Jefferson county older than 13 may enter. Parents may submit photos taken by their children who are younger than 13.

All entries must by submitted online; no entries will be accepted via mail or in person.  When you submit a photo, please be sure to include your full name and city and state of residence in your registration.

Everyone is welcome to vote starting Thursday, Aug. 27, to determine which photographers will take home a prize.
